I ended up ordering a new Wi-Fi extender, different brand and it was simple to connect and is working great. I can only assume something crapped out with the netgear. I didn’t want to go with the pods in case I ever change network providers. Luckily it worked at half the cost of the pods
Oh, so the ethernet cable has to stay connected? yeah that defeats the purpose. I was thinking I could set it up with the cable, to get the units to recognize eachother then disconnect and move. So that isn't how it works?
