AC1200 Wifi extender EX6110

I have just brought an AC1200 WiFi range extender model EX6110 set it up correctly and when I go to connect my phone to it it tells me to use the same password as my router but won't accept any help be appreciated

    maybe for some reason it got setup wrong. You chould be able to connect to it while connected to your router (if its setup correctly) and change the password. Either find the IP address from your attached devices page of your router and go to that or try the mywifiext.net address. Try logging into the device and going through your settings page and changing the password.
