cannot install new extender via setup protocol
1. what extender do you have? AC1200 is a speed
2. what router are you connecting it to?
3. what method of setup are you using? WPS (push button), using the app, or using the installation assistant?
4. What error or issue are you running into with setup? Details are key since we aren't there to see whats going on.
If its new, you can contact support for help as well.
