Here are what you are asking:
Modem/Router Model: GPT-2741GNAC / Router FO HGU Dual Band 2.4 y 5 GHz
What is the issue? WiFi devices connect at 300 Mbps and won't go any faster?
That's correct. But with a fixed network cable in the modem/router connected to any device (laptop/pc) the speed is ~ 1000Mbps

That's a fact of life with wifi. It never matches wired speeds.
The quoted speeds are marketing BS. You won't see that in the real world.
What speeds do you see with these dev ices on different wifi sources. You may find that you get £00 Mbps everywhere you go with it.
It might be worth a bit of background reading.
