AC2200 / EX7700 Mesh Extender Dropping Connection after 210 Firmware Upgrade
After the .210 firmware upgrade, my extenders keep losing connection momentarily. For example, the smart TV will just randomly alert to "Cable Disconnected", or my VPN for work will drop.
I can't find how to look at support logs, so I don't know what is happening.
Here is my setup:
AT&T Modem
Netgear XR500 Router with firmware XR500 V2.3.2.56
1 EX7700 Upstairs with Firmware 1.0.0.210, 2 devices on ethernet ports, others on Wi-Fi
1 EX7700 Downstairs with Firmware 1.0.0.210 2 devices on ethernet ports, others on Wi-Fi
I did do a factory reset after the firware upgrade, and thought it worked but it started dropping again today.
Should I fall back to 206? I liked the 210 because it fixed the Note 10 issue, which we have, but this isn't good that it keeps cutting out. Any idea how I can look up logs from the repeater?

I went back to the .206 firmware and everything returned to normal. I presume that Netgear will eventually realise that they have screwed up and release a new firmware.

Thanks for the suggestion.
I have rolled back both my extenders. I'll monitor and post the results tomorrow.
For the netgear folks, I would love to provide logs to help troubleshoot the build, but I can't find where to do that. Is there a telnet path to login?
Thanks,
Ron

Just an update. After rolling back to the .206 firmware, my extenders are working again without the intermittent drops. I did find a way to log into the extender to pull logs, but would need someone to let me know what logs are helpful and if I need to turn on any additional logging.
