Could you let me know where they sell them? I am desperate for a solution to my wifi problem, I live in England, but that should not be a problem these days things get shipped all over the world

The EX7300 is a wall-plug device, so purchasing from outside the UK would mean that you need to both check electrical compatibility and also the actual plug fitting is likely to need an adaptor – not recommended.
Have you considered other devices like the EX7000?

Can you tell me more about the EX7000? Surely I would only need a different wall plug? No? Does it work differently?Is it as strong?

The EX7300 is itself a wall-plug device, it does not have a separate power module;

You may find that the same device purchased in another country may be electrically compatible with the UK domestic mains supply, but the pin arrangement of the device will not be compatible with a UK domestic socket and will need an adaptor. For that kind of device I would not recommend using an adaptor as the electrical connection may be of a poor quality.
I looked at some online UK stores for the EX7300 e.g. broadbandbuyer https://www.broadbandbuyer.co.uk/products/25013-netgear-ex7300-100uks/ and it seems it’s not yet stocked?
