The EX7300 is a wall-plug device, so purchasing from outside the UK would mean that you need to both check electrical compatibility and also the actual plug fitting is likely to need an adaptor – not recommended.
Have you considered other devices like the EX7000?

Can you tell me more about the EX7000? Surely I would only need a different wall plug? No? Does it work differently?Is it as strong?

The EX7300 is itself a wall-plug device, it does not have a separate power module;

You may find that the same device purchased in another country may be electrically compatible with the UK domestic mains supply, but the pin arrangement of the device will not be compatible with a UK domestic socket and will need an adaptor. For that kind of device I would not recommend using an adaptor as the electrical connection may be of a poor quality.
I looked at some online UK stores for the EX7300 e.g. broadbandbuyer https://www.broadbandbuyer.co.uk/products/25013-netgear-ex7300-100uks/ and it seems it’s not yet stocked?

Thank you for getting back to me, what I really want to know is this, will it damage the device or my power supply by using a device from the US? Getting an adaptor for the plug is easy and will definitly work, I have many things from europe working with adaptors, what I need to know is if it will affect my power supply or the device. Many thanks

I don’t work directly for Netgear and don’t have easy access to detailed engineering specifications. This type of device is regionalised, the plug shape and power requirements are designed for the country of sale. The standard mains supply in the USA is half that of the UK at 120V A.C. and while some power supplies could be auto-sensing and capable of running at either voltage, I can’t say if the EX7300 is. Personally I wouldn’t take the chance but even so I still say that a device of that size plugged into a mains socket via an adaptor is a bad idea in itself as a poor connection can easily lead to overheating of the electrical connections.
If you have not done so I suggest you take a look at the datasheet;
