You can try recovering it with tftp or nmrpflash.
are you on windows? if so, follow this guide

just make sure you enable tftp

Thanks for the questions! Sorry for being unclear on that.
There is only 1 LED, and that is the power LED which only blinks. It won't reset, it won't connect to the network, and it only sits and blinks the power LED green.

This mac solution worked and I was able to manually update the firmware and get it working again.
