A couple things. AC1600 and AC3000 aren't models. They're speeds. Actual model numbers help.
So your current setup is:
CM8200--->Tp-link--->orbi
Is this correct?
Are both the tp-link and orbi running in router mode?
If so, it can put you in a double nat. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
Simple fix? put the orbi in access point mode.
more complicated fix?
put the netgear's ip address in the tp-link's dmz.
Why are you needing the tp-link in there? the Orbi setup is quite capable and adding complexity to a network usually only causes problems.
