Lets start over.
1. What are the led's indicating on the extender?
2. If you hardwiring into the extender, does it work?
3. When you were setting up the EX3700 using the smart wizard, is it able to connect to the router?
4. What device is giving you the psk warning?

1. What are the led's indicating on the extender?
All leds are green. The only exception is that the Device Led is sometimes off.
2. If you hardwiring into the extender, does it work?
Just did it, yes it works.
3. When you were setting up the EX3700 using the smart wizard, is it able to connect to the router?
I just reset the extender to factory settings, and set it up again with the wizard.
This is now working on my all three devices. When I did it earlier I may have missed a step or did not reset the extender before doing it.
4. What device is giving you the psk warning?
My professional laptop which uses a VPN to secure the connection. This error message comes as I am connecting to my home WiFi (so before logging onto the VPN).
My other two devices (personal laptap and phone) tell me the password is incorrect.
Thank you very much for your help,
Clement
