AC750 Extender not accepting Wifi router password

Hi, I just purchased a AC750 wifi extender, I have connected it to the main wifi router via WPS.  The 2G & 5G networks are both visible on devices. But i am unable to connect a device to the extend...

    Thanks, the extender required an update, addressing a security bug, it now works!

Factory reset the extender and set it up using the installation assistant and NOT WPS. 

Try that first. 

What router is it?
