AC750 Model EX3700 and Synology Rt1900ac

Are you setting it up with the wps setup option or using the smart installation wizard?

Try the smart installation wizard. 

Firmware on your extender?

Hi,

 

Yes, we are using the the smart wizard.

The Firmware version is v1.0.0.76_1.0.49.

    Have you tried hardwiring it in and seeing if it works in AP mode? Just want to make sure it works right.

      Hi,

       

      Just tried WPS.  Cable connected to same router.  Everything works fine.
