AC750 Model EX3700 and Synology Rt1900ac

Hi,

 

Yes, we are using the the smart wizard.

The Firmware version is v1.0.0.76_1.0.49.

Have you tried hardwiring it in and seeing if it works in AP mode? Just want to make sure it works right.

    Hi,

     

    Just tried WPS.  Cable connected to same router.  Everything works fine.

        So everything works fine when its hardwired in running in AP mode? correct?

        That means the radio's working in the extender. 

        have you tried contacting Synology about how to add extenders to their products? I've never used synology router so not sure about their idiosyncrasies.
