AC750 Model EX3700 keeps asking me for sign-in

Why is my extender suddenly asking me to sign in? Recent change after years of use and means I have lost e.g. Amazon access etc on TV and mobile phone. Why has this suddenly started to happen? How do...

If that doesn't work what router are you connecting it to? 

What firmware is on the extender?
