You're base problem is the brick. Every device is going to have issues getting wifi through there. Signal strength isn't something based on which model you have (a little it is). Reason why is the broadcast strength is set by the FCC. Some have more antenna's/better throughput but for the most part, they've all got very similar broadcast strength.
Any chance there's a outdoor powerbox that could fit a powerline/wifi device? that could be an option for you.
Or any way there's a window/wall that'd be line of site to the doorbell without brick in the way?

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I have a power outlet outside right next to the door. I could try moving the existing ring chime pro extender there to see if it improves the signal, although the signal from the router still has to pass thru the brick wall to get to the extender, but worth a shot. Not sure how well their extender would hold up outside exposed to the elements even though it's a covered patio at the front door. Thanks again.

I wouldn't do that. An extender isn't going to pass through the wall very well.
Reason I mentioned powerline is you could setup a powerline device/devices on that power circuit. They make wifi powerline devices. But again, its in the elements so you'd need to fashion some sort of protection for them.
