AC750 WiFi Mesh Extender (EX6100v2)

Hello,

I'm currently having issues connecting to my 2G network (I don't use 5G) as this is the only one that can get me the signal other than the original wifi signal from the modem itself.

However, I can't connect to 2G even though I see a full bar signal - it keeps saying "Can't connect" even after I reset both the modem as well as the extender. Please advise. Thanks in advance!
