When you push reset, are you pushing and holding for 7-15 seconds while its powered on?
What are the led's on the extender doing?
The Power LED turns orange and blinks while pressing reset, goes off after I stop pressing, goes to solid orange, then goes to green.
have you tried hardwiring into it for setup?
just disable the wifi on whatever device you connect to it so it doesn't default back to wifiPlease confirm that your recommendation is to turn the wifi off on AC1900 Smart WiFi router, connet the EX3700 and AC1900 with an ethernet cable and follow the same steps as described for the WPS set up .
