Flashing red power light - purchased from Amazon 9 months ago - impossible to return anything on Amazon - called netgear but they immediately hang up when i got to no1 in queue - which took 45 minut...

Hmm that means nothing to me sorry - sounds like something way above my pay grade - try to return product as suggested and guess what ' "please call - we're ready to help" - doh no you arent....i just want it replaced - its bust and within 12 months - i didnt purchase it from netgear but Amazon and that is who my contract is with as a Consumer - why are these things sooo difficult..

The call center is overwhelmed due to a ton of people having to work from home as well as sickness/their own work from home situation.
