Access Point Mode Accessing Connected Devices Times Out

Platform 

RAX200 Port 1 > S8000 Port 2 > EX8000 > Still trying to figure out when it loads (if it ever does)

RAX200 Port 4 > S8000 Port 7 > EAX80 > Loads instantly

I'm running a WiFi 6 setup with the RAX200 and a EAX80 extender.  Carried the EX8000 over into this architecture to cover the lesser used area of the house.  Previously i was using a R9000 with the EX8000.

To the issue.  I had this problem in both toplogies.  Seems worse in the current design though.  

When opening the access point (EX8000) everything functions fine.  I click into Settings > Connected Devices.  The system rolls into Please wait a moment...

I wait.  And wait... 5 minute timer comes up asking to extend my time...  I wait.  And wait... 5 minute timer returns...  I wait...  Repeats a 3rd time.  

Something seems strange here.  

I'll try doing some cable moving to the RAX directly, but i have my doubts.
