Accessing My WGR614v8 in Access Point Mode

Thanks for the response but I do not see the IP set up for the Netgear, I thought it might be 192.168.1.100 but that does not seem to work. I tried attaching a screen print from my Linksys E3200 but I could not figure out how to include a attachment so instead I did a copy of the screen (which is more difficult to understand)

I would appreciate your help.
