Accessing My WGR614v8 in Access Point Mode
I have my WGR614v8 setup as an access point. Is there any way to review and reconfigure it thru my wireless network or is it only accessable by connecting it by ethernet directly to my PC?
In a PC running Win 7 64 bit I looked at the network map and it shows the Netgear as having an IP of 10.0.0.1
I then tried accessing the router using this address, tried www.netgearlogin.com and got message saying it was not a good address. I then tried http://www.routerlogin.com/CA_HiddenPage.htm from the instructions that you referenced but again it did not connect to the router (from the only PC that is connected by ethernet to this router, it runs XP Pro).
Obviously it is working because I can access the internet and it shows up on the map, so if you have additional ideas I would appreciate it.
