Accessing WG302 via http since the year changed?
I am getting a "Self Certificate" page since this morning accessing my WG302's.

Any insight?

- FakGooseAspirantHi...am dealing with the same issue on 185 of the v1 WG302 AP's. Do you know if it is possible to turn off SSH thru cli on these WAPs. Would that possibly get the web interface past the certificate issue? I have opened a case for a solution to the expired cert but no reply yet, just trying to come up with something.
- rilexAspirantI wonder if you could replace /etc/server.pem with a certificate that does not expire.
- jmizoguchiVirtuosoYour best bet is to wait. Wish there is other way.
- nicholasr1AspirantFrom what I have found out the WG302 does not have a certificate as it does not support HTTPS. The unit is managed by HTTP and not HTTPS or SSL.
- FakGooseAspirantGuess I would feel better about waiting if there was any sign that Netgear is working on the issue. Thanks though.
- jmizoguchiVirtuosoI will notify my contact to see if this is escalated .

That is the weird thing. Once successfully authenticated via http with password, it forces a https connection and a failure.
It does however still connect via SSH on port 22 - ngddennis1AspirantAt this time the Netgear technical Support team is aware of this issue with the AP. it seems to be isolated to the wg302V1 devices and is not effecting V2 or V3 devices. They are working on work around or a fix for the issue. but as of right now (01/06/2011) there is no fix
- ngddennis1AspirantA Possible temporary workaround would be to Factory default the AP then reconfigure it but do not enable the NTP setting. this should keep the date/time info in the AP set to 1969 and should work and allow you to manage it.
- jmizoguchiVirtuosoI found that last night myself..
