Hello! We currently have one RBK23 router and two RBS20 satellites.
These have worked for a while, but we would still get dead spots around the property.
In this image it shows the property. We have 8 units total. I have the router (red spot) in Unit 1, and satellites (also red spots) in Unit 5&8.

You can continue to add satellites. I've read of people having up to 8 units but netgear doesn't recommend that much. As well as they only recommend daisy chaining up to 2 units. Again, you can do more but you might take a performance hit.
I personally have ran a router + 4 satellites without issues

Thanks for the great advice.
What if I were to extend my reach to not the RBS20 satellites, but the Orbi Voice?
Would I see a more dramatic change in speed and connection?
Say if I was to buy 5 of them to complete the entirety of the property?

So my system would like this:
RBR20----->RBS20------>RBS20----->RBS40V-200----->RBS40V-200----->RBS40V-200---->RBS40V-200----->RBS40V-200
