Am I The Only One - www.mywifiext.net IS INVALID?
Am I the only NETGEAR customer having this problem?
When I follow the instructions to update my firmware or access my WN3000RP extender, I'm told to enter this into a browser:
www.mywifiext.net
After entering it, this takes me right to the following URL:
http://support.netgear.com
What gives?

- disable wifi on computer , connect directly ethernet to the extender and try again
