aplog password

I have just bought the wac104 accesspoint, and are losing the will to live. When I log onto the aplogin to change the password, it keeps kicking me out and will not change it. I have used numbers, uppercase letters, lowercase lestters and special character. but now luck. any help PLEASE.

    Using aplogin how? Wifi from a browser? wired from a PC? Something else?

     

    What router are you connecting the AP to?

     

    What password? Default "passphrase" for the wifi SSID or password for the AP?

     

    admin for the user name and password for the password

     

    While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.

    Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.

    You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.

    I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
