Hello Dexter,

Here are my specifications:

Router EX8000, Firmwareversion: V1.0.1.206
Arlo Basestaion VMB4500r2, firmware 1.15.01_3092_d878851

 

I have not tested in Extender mode, this is not an issue for me.

Hi Harry, the EX8000 is an extender and not a router.

    The ex8000 is setup as an access-point. I now have two ex8000 as access points. All works fine but on both the basestaiton disables the 2.4ghz band

      Hi Harry, that is quite unusual, does the issue persist if you have the base stations wired to the main router?
