Availability of EX8000 in Australia

I've been waiting on the EX8000 to be released in Australia but am seeing and hearing nothing.

Can anyone provide an ETA on release?

    We do not plan to launch the EX8000 in AUS region. EX7500 should be available in Q1 which is the wall plug version

    I have already have the nighthawk x6 and want an extender to create a mesh network. I don’t want to throw out the X6 to replace it with for example an Orbi. So I want the Ex8000. It’s available on Amazon US what would be the problem purchasing this from the US if it’s not being released in AUS.

      The ex7500 is a AC2200 and the Ex8000 is AC3000 so it is a little slow but has the same performance for mesh as the ex8000 just does not have 4 ethernet ports.

    The ex7500 is a mesh network extender that is coming to AUS in Q1.

      What are the benefits of purchasing a EX7500 over the EX8000?

      Is there a comparrison of features?

      Will the EX7500 perform better, same or worse than the EX8000?
