After almost a year in operation my AX1600Wi-Fi Mesh Extender suddenly started interfering with my wireless 4-K TV interface. After restarting everything related to the TV and internet the problem pe...

I have moved the AX1600 and reconfigured it as a wireless extender. It is now further from the router and closer to the camera.
The move "seems" to have improved the situation and I have not had a failure of the wireless TV digital box since the move several hours ago!
Thanks to all for the help.

Is this TV box connected to the extender or to something else?
Samething change on the TV box?
Is the Extender in AP Mode or Extender mode? The extender should NOT be ethernet connected to the host router if it's in extender mode. Will cause problems. If in Ap mode, then ethernet connection is required here.

TV box is directly upstairs from the router and connects to the router.
If something changed with TV box I am unaware .... but who knows!
When the AX1600 was connected wirelessly it was in EXTENDER mode. When in this configuration I had the problem.
Are you saying that now I have it connected via ethernet is needs to be in access point configuration? Now that it's hard-wired I'll check the configuration.

No, just confirming that when in Extender mode, ethernet cable needs to be not used in between the Extender and host router in this configuration.
Seems like maybe if the extender is turned off the box works, turned back on, possible the box is connecting to it. Try moving the extender farther away from the host router. 30 feet would be a good starting point.
Any chance this TV box has a ethernet port in back of it?
