AX1600 Wifi Extender, trouble accessing certain websites
I installed this 40 feet from my desktop and it was working fine. A bit slow. All of my usual web browsing was fine on wi-fi. I had no issues with my android phone.
I decided to install it right next to my desktop and use a networking cable from the extender to the desktop. At first, everything seemed fine and it was blazing fast.
Then I started to notice I could not access certain web pages. I use Firefox as my primary browser.
I can no longer access latimes.com on Firefox but it works fine on Edge.
Most of the time I cannot access Facebook on any browser - firefox, edge, opera, but sometimes duckduckgo browser will be fine.
I appreciate any help with this.
Thanks

Model # of this extender? EX or EAX?
Be sure to clear out any browser caches before entering web pages.
If MS edge was working for the one site and doesn't for Firefox, possible FF browser issue there.
Be sure all browser you use are updated.
Is host wifi router using auto or manual channels? Try manual channels 1 and 40 or 11 and 48.
Distance between host wifi router and this extender? 30 feet is a good starting distance.

I checked the box. It is also labeled as EAX 12.

EAX12 would be the model #. Thank you.
