Can’t connect devices to extender

Question

I have set up my extender and am ready to use it. However, when I try to connect my devices, it tells me my WiFi password is incorrect. I am using the same password as I always do for my regular WiFi modem. Any ideas of what to do?

What router did you set it up on?&nbsp;what firmware is on the extender?&nbsp;did you set it up using wps? if so, try factory resetting and reinstalling using the installation assistant.&nbsp;

It’s linked to a century link router and I did use wps to link it.

which centurylink router?&nbsp;Have you tried reinstalling it using the installation wizard? (Not wps)

It is a 802.1 1n router through century link. I have not tried the other method yet.

centurylink has many routers. An actual model helps.&nbsp;But try the installation assistant first
