Can’t connect devices to extender

I have set up my extender and am ready to use it. However, when I try to connect my devices, it tells me my WiFi password is incorrect. I am using the same password as I always do for my regular WiFi modem. Any ideas of what to do?

    What router did you set it up on? 

    what firmware is on the extender? 

    did you set it up using wps? if so, try factory resetting and reinstalling using the installation assistant.

      It’s linked to a century link router and I did use wps to link it.

        which centurylink router? 

        Have you tried reinstalling it using the installation wizard? (Not wps)
