Can extender WN3000RP connect to LTE mobile hotspot

I was wondering if I can connect a WN3000RP extender to a 4G LTE mobile hotspot. I would then like to plug the extender in to a internet port of the r7000 router. 

 

I was hoping all my wireless and wired devices connect to my router and go out the wan link when accessing the internet. 

 

Can this extender do this?

    This could work but not really the best way to do this may have some issues.
