Can i connect a Belkin F9K1015 (Wifi Extender) to a Orbi RBR50 router?
Greetings, I would like to know if i can connect a Belkin Wifi Extender (F9K1015) to the orbi RBR50 router? Also, i want to know if i plan to get a orbi 960 series, what kind of wifi extenders ...
I can't personally recommend something in particular. From prior experience I can't recommend any thing TP-Link.
NG has EX and EAX series extenders for support of additional wifi extending if needed that would work with the RBR50.
Might find a used RBS50 on amazon or maybe shopgoodwill.com if you want to keep good integration with the RBR.
oh, i am asking about the TP-LINK re705x or any of the NG extenders that can work with Orbi 960 series. what are your thoughts on it?
That extender doesn't support 6ghz which the 960 does.
"574 Mbps at 2.4GHz, 2402 Mbps at 5GHz" these rates are below what the 960 supports.
so what extenders do you think is better that would work with the 960?
If I had to have something, the EAX80.
However for that size of home, the RBR and one RBS would be enough and you'll not need any extenders.
