can i use EX3700 as an AP with hotel wifi upstream and another wifi downstream?

Hi, I have hotel wifi that looks lower signal on mobiles, high signal on laptop but sometimes the net gets really slow and reconnecting makes it better. Am I on a right track with using EX3700 as a wifi router to increase the stability, performance and device count available (I have 4 devices).

You'll probably run into issues. Many hotels requiring logging in/credentials. And a standard extender will run into issue with some of these setups.

You'd probably be better suited to buying a decent travel router.
