I have read where other people have done this successfully andthey have said that it was working for them for an extended period of time but that eventually it had started to become unstable and intermittent.
I don't believe the design concept of router-extender-extender-client is intended as a viable means to maintain a valid connection, but some have used it so it's not a matter that "It is not possible" .... it's more of a matter of stability and useability.

Extender to extender tends to have instabilities especially if there's wifi in the area as it creates interference. They do work but they tend to be unstable and be a bit frustrating.
You could try a MoCa adapter if the "back house" has coax ran to it from the main location. This is ethernet over coax. I've used it for remote buildings before that had coax ran to them.
You could even check into running a powerline device from the main location to the back house. this gets a little sketch because of wire quality, distance, and breakers used. It probably wouldn't work at all if each location was served by its own power drop.
Just some ideas you could try.
