Cannot access NETGEAR WG602 Control Panel

I realized this is my actual diagram:
[Modem] -> [Netgear WNR2000 v2 wireless router] -> [Dynex wired router] -> [Netgear WG602 wireless router]
I need to have the Dynex to extend the length of the ethernet cabel to the WG602 router. Now, when I set up the WG602 as an access point, will it still work even though it is connected to the WNR2000 router (the main router) through the Dynex wired router? If not, what will I have to do to work around this?
