Cannot access NETGEAR WG602 Control Panel

I did this part " Click the ADVANCED tab and select Setup > LAN.
In the IP Address field, change the LAN IP address of the router to 192.168.1.100 (same IP segment of the main router, 192.168.1.1) and clear the Use Router as DHCP server check box."
After that, the main router's IP address changed and it stopped working all together. I power cycled it, but to no avail...
Any ideas?
