Cannot connect netgear_ext
netgear_ext connection failed ex7700 I am in the setup process and when I try to connect to my extender it says failed. I've tried everything including resetting the extender. I don't know what to...
As soon as I check on the network name it tried to connect and says failed to connect.
Yes I press the reset for 7-10 seconds when on. The orange light blinks and then turns off when I let go. After awhile it becomes solid green again.
I have not tried hardwiring, I'm going to pickup an Ethernet cable and give that a try!

Have you tried using a different device?
Or setting up using wps? I usually prefer the installation assistant but WPS does work a lot of the time.
