Cannot connect to 5Ghz EX6400
I'm having a problem connecting to 5Ghx. It's stars scanning a 2.4Ghz and there is a tab that says "Skip to 5Ghz Networks" but when a try to activate this tab, it restarts a 2.4Ghz search. I've reinstalled the Nighthawk app and reset the extender, but this didn't resolve the problem.

where are you seeing this? In the setup page?
Did you try a different device?

Screen says, "Select an existing 2.4Ghz network". It can't connect to it. There is a tab that says, "Skip to 5Ghz networks". When I tap on it, goes back to the 2.4Ghz scan.

what router are you connecting it to?
Did you try the installation assistant and not the app?
