cannot connect with access point that is connected to router

Hello,

I had a Zonet router I used on my network and a Netgear router configured as an access point. Netgear support helped me to to set that up at the time and got everything to work.

My Zonet router went bad and I bought another Netgear router to replace it. Everything works fine except the access point in that I cannot get on line even though on my tablet it says I am connected and have a good signal.

I know it is not the tablet account there is an airport nearby with unsecured wifi and I have no problems when connected to them.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated. I'm thinking I must need to change something in the access point configuration but I don't know what?
