Cannot get the router light to come on my EX6110 bur the power and device lights are on

Question

My ATT phone and internet router is down stairs and my new Dish Network is tv hopper is getting a weak signal. Bought an EX6110 and plug it in down stairs by the router. The power light turns green and the device light turns green but I get nothing on the router light. The start guide does not mention what to do?

Did you set it up via wps?&nbsp;The router light off means its not connected to the router.&nbsp;I'd try factory resetting and re-running setup using the installation wizard.&nbsp;
