Cannot install firmware EX6120

Hi,

 

I am trying to download and install the latest firmware for this product (Firmware Version 1.0.0.48) from here:

however when I do it, all I get in the downloaded folder is the attached. I'm not sure whether it has falied to download or what I am meant to do with it - can anyone help?

    Did you make sure to extract the zip folder so that the files are accessable by the EX6120?  Should be able to log in and go to update section and just point to the file in the folder you extract it into.
