Cannot logo to update EX2700 Wifi Extender

I wasted so much time (days even) trying to update my WiFi extender before concluding it’s not  possible to log on to the site in any manner—wirelessly or hardwired or any browser Chrome, Firefox, Explorer, whatever. NetGear has to be aware of this. All the “How Tos” are useless IF YOU CAN’T LOGON. Try another computer? Puh-lease. Now you’re just being ridiculous. I already tried two. I'm over it. I think I better try another company. Factory reset isn't a very well thought out answer either. Nothing this simple should be this difficult anymore.
