Cannot reach 1gb speed
It is not able to reach 1gb speed as the attached picture, but I can reach 1gb speed when my laptop plug into the boardand modem with LAN cable. I am already using CAT6 LAN cable.

Try installing version 1.0.9.42 of the firmware. Factory reset the router and then during setup, only change what's needed to get the internet working. Then speedtest.
If you're getting the full speeds, then you can start making changes and testing as you go so you know if something impacts it.
and if it works, disable auto updates.

Thank you plemans. I have tired to use laptop and connect lan cable directly, unluckily it can just reach around 200mb speed. It is worst than using the built in apps tested the speed directly from router to outside. V.V

- Alanwongy2kAug 03, 2020TutorIt can install back the old version?

yes,
If you go to the support site, under downloads, you can click on "view previous versions". Download the older version and extract it. Then just follow the manual firmware update process from the manual. Use the version you downloaded. After you downgrade the firmware, factory reset the router and reinstall it. Disable auto updates as well.
I'd also encourage doing firmware changes over a hardwired connection to the router.
