Can't do a factory reset: WN2000RPT

I have a similar problem.
The repetitor doesn't work anymore. I can't see the network and I can't connect from the computer using cable.
When I connect the UTP cable, the led doesn't light up.
The only led that is turned on is the status led, in orange light.
I tried to reset many times with no success.
The only time when I got a reaction was when I pushed the reset button while the device was turned off, then I turned it on and kept the reset button pressed. After 20 or 30 seconds, the status led flashed about 7 times in orange, then in green.
Still, I can't ping the device to the 192.168.1.250
I also want to report that the device needed to be turned on and then off almost every two or three days, because it hanged that often.
Once I tried to connect a computer using a cable, in order to connect that computer to the internet (the computer had no WiFi) and it didn't work. I don't really understand why the device has a 4 port hub if it can't provide connection by cable.
I never tried Wi-Fi repetitors from other companies, maybe they are not better, however I want to say that my experience with WN2000RPT was far from wonderful.
