Can't login to EX6150 Extender - Different login page?

Changed ISP's.  Was able to link extender to 2G using WPS buttons.  Instructions said to repeat procedure to connect 5G, but this did not work.  Tried to login to the extender to access online.  Connected my laptop to the extender.  Went to mywifiext.net.  Keeps asking me to set up a new account, but I just want to access the old account.  Is there a different login link that I can follow to enter my existing user ID and password?

    Anytime you change isp's/routers its a good idea to start back from factory. did you do this with your device?  You should still be able to use the same account but I'd reset your extender. Its also a good time to check if the firmware is up to date.

      Yes, I did the factory reset.  How does one update firmware?  I think that I tried to download it, but if I can't login to the extender, how do I update it?

        try hardwiring into the extender via the ethernet port. This is the best way to update firmware anyway (over hardwired connections). 

        the manual walks you through firmware update. 

        here's the support site with the manual, firmware, and installation instructions. keep in mind that there are different version of the ex6150 so select the correct one from the drop down box.
