Can't set up access point for my EX6120/AC1200 extender

I have set up my AC1200 wi-fi extender but when I want to set it up as an access point following the Netgear instructions, I can't see the NETGEAR_EXT wi-fi network on any of my devices to connect and set up. Anyone has experience dealing with this? Thanks.

If you connect it in access point mode to your router, your router should assign an ip address to it.&nbsp;
Use that ip address to access it and make changes.&nbsp;
Sometimes thats the fastest way to do it
