Cell Phone and Turbo Hotspot Boosting

Hello,

I have a Netgear Turbo Hotspot through Cricket Wireless. I am using it in my home to connect to the internet. Can I use the Netgear EX3700 Wifi Range Extender to boost the range of the hotpsot in my home? It says that it is made for routers, but will it recognize my hotspot?  Thanks for any guidance!
