Channel Change Option
I cannot change the channel that wi fi extender connects to, I want to connect to channel 1 but the channel field is grayed out and set to channel 11. Is there a way to chane to the best channel?
What router (manufacturer and model)?
I would like all the Wi fi extenders to use channel 1 thT IS THE BEST CHANNEL accordint to the NETGEAR WIFI APP
how do i determine the best channel for the wifi etenders to be on?
I couldn't find a straight manual for that device but I did find how to login to it. You can use this to login to it. You should be able to navigate within this to the wireless settings to select the channel.

Best way to determine channel is with a wireless channel scanner to see what is the most congested. Channels 1-6-11 is recommended.
