What router is it connected to?
Did you install it with WPS or using the installation assistant? I'd reset it and install it using the assistant

Virgin media, my provider in UK supply a Sagemcom Hub5 router which when placed in my downstairs lounge left a two room blank area upstairs. The Nighthawk filled that gap for a few years. If ever it dropped all I had to do is reboot the Nighthawk and it was running again. Now my upstairs PC and other items upstairs will not connect to Nighthawk despite is showing a full signal.
I have restored the Nighthawk twice to factory settings. First time I used WPS (the original method I used) and then manually and in both cases connection went perfectly except nothing will connect to Nighthawk even though it shows a 5 bar signal and is definitely connected to the incoming router.
I have moved the main router to my main hall in a rather unsightly position but I am able to pick up a weak signal upstairs as a temporary measure but would live to have my Nighthawk working again.

Does anything connect to the Nighthawk?
Also, is it possible that the problem is the link between the Nighthawk and the router? (That devices can connect to the Nighthawk, but aren't getting internet when they do so). I get that you said that the Nighthawk is connected to the router, but I am wondering how you know that if nothing else connects to it.
If you have a laptop with ethernet, can you try connecting the laptop to a LAN port of the Nighthawk, ans see if that works?
