conecting netgear ext to livebox

Hi Im unable to connect my ac1900 model 6470 to my live box .Ive downloaded the nighthawk app but I keep going round incircles. eg one of the messages i keep receiving tells methat IM CURRENTLY CONN...

Thank you for your help but I discovered the problem was my livebox wasn't functioning due to lightning damage new one now installed and working well.
